I love the fact that the word "common" is used. So many feel they are the only ones going through this feeling of dispair, and thoughts of feeling stupid or dumb. When you say common, I feel like that word does put more minds at ease just a bit. Enough to possibly get them to refocus and breathe. Also loving the focus of moving forward. What can be done now. How to move forward with what we know now. Not holding themselves accountable for what they didn't know. I always mention how you never blame a toddler for not knowing geometry. We can not blame ourselves for something we were never fully educated in.
